We are looking for a highly motivated Academic Head to lead and strengthen our academic counseling team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in academics or student counseling, with a strong background in science, natural sciences, or technical education fields. This role is central to ensuring that students receive accurate guidance and effective support in pursuing their studies abroad.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Science, Natural Sciences, or Technical Education.

Several years of proven experience in academic services, teaching, or education consultancy.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Ability to design and implement academic guidance strategies.

Updated knowledge of study abroad pathways in technical and scientific fields.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the academic counseling team and oversee daily operations.

Provide specialized guidance to students aiming for science and technical programs abroad.

Supervise counsellors and ensure high-quality advisory services.

Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions.

Conduct training sessions for staff to improve academic advising skills.
